Burns injury

If you have suffered a burn injury as an innocent victim in the last three years you may be legally entitled to compensation for pain and suffering and other losses resulting from the accident. Provided that the accident was caused by the negligence of another party you should have valid claim. There are many many burn or scald injuries which occur in the home but these would not necessarily be the fault of someone else. The most likely situations for a burn injury caused by a negligent party would be :-

  1. In the workplace
  2. On third party premises such as cafes, restaurants

Less common but serious because many people may be involved would be events such as rail accidents or fires in public places eg. hotels or sports grounds.

Burns or scalds are most commonly caused by exposure to or contact with flames, hot objects or substances, liquids or with steam. However in the workplace there is also the danger of chemical burns by exposure to acids or other caustic or corrosive substances.

Burn injuries cause extreme pain but a major factor in any claim would be the varying degrees of permanent disfigurement which may result.

If you have suffered a burn injury and would like to know whether you may be entitled to compensation please complete the Application Form and we will provide a Free Legal Assessment of your claim. We will handle your claim on a No Win No Fee basis at no cost to you.

Excalibur settled Mrs K’s claim for £28,750.00 she said:
"I am very pleased with the service I have received and would recommend Excaliburs to my friends. My claim was handled in a very professional manner and I was kept informed of it’s progress.
