What Does No Win No Fee Actually Mean?

Excalibur Solicitors offer a genuine "No Win No Fee" service, which means that we will pursue your claim for free. We do not charge you for our work on lost cases and we recover our legal costs from the losing party (or their insurer) when we win the case.

However, unlike Claims Management Companies, we will not deduct any money from your compensation even if we win the case. We will only charge costs that we are able to recover from the other party at the end of the case.

In addition, unlike Claims Management Companies, we are Specialist Personal Injury Solicitors approved by the Law Society. Also, we will not charge you for an expensive insurance policy which cannot be recovered in full from the losing party, so you really do keep 100% of any compensation that we recover for you.

We can offer you -

  • Free Initial Interview - No win No fee
  • Home & Hospital Visits
  • Fast efficient and sympathetic advice
  • Free initial interview - no win no fee
Testimonials
Pedestrian run over by car
Mrs K was knocked over by a car that mounted the pavement, fracturing her tibia. Following extensive medical investigations organised by Excalibur, it transpired that the accident brought forward the need for a knee replacement operation in the next 5-10 years. Excalibur settled Mrs K’s claim for £28,750.00 she said:
"I am very pleased with the service I have received and would recommend Excaliburs to my friends. My claim was handled in a very professional manner and I was kept informed of it’s progress. Everyone I met or spoke to was helpful and considerate and I felt confident in their abilities. This was important to me at the time of my accident and later."
