NHS or the National Health Service is a health service operating separately in three countries of Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland. NHS is a public Health care system in these countries which provides health facilities to the public free of cost although minimal charges are there for eye check ups and dental tests.  Moreover, since it is a public company, a majority of funds for NHS comes from taxation. NHS provides major help to people in fields of ophthalmology and orthodontics.  Moreover, it also distributes free health equipments like hearing aids and wheel chairs for the impaired. Specialist doctors, optometrists and dentists work for this company to help the fellow citizens of their countries. Moreover, these doctors work on a contract basis for this company. The motive of a company like NHS is purely humanitarian and is about serving the medical needs of the destitute and the underprivileged. NHS also provides employment to many people. A real philanthropic effort, NHS is about giving adequate medical help to those who cannot afford it.
