Neck Injury

If you have suffered a Neck Injury as an innocent victim in the last three years you may be legally entitled to compensation for pain and suffering and other losses resulting from the accident.

Provided that the accident was caused by the negligence of another party you should have valid claim. Examples of circumstances where a neck injury may be caused are :-

  1. Slips, Trips, Falls - on roads, footpaths etc, on Third Party premises such as shops or restaurants.
  2. At Work - slips trips or falls, construction site accidents.
  3. Sporting Accidents - whilst some injuries are accepted as inevitable in sport there are situations where a legimate claim for injury damages would exist eg. reckless or malicious conduct by an opponent.
  4. Road Traffic Accidents - in particular, Whiplash injury is very common in motor accidents when the head is thrown backwards then forwards in a collision. This can cause damage to ligaments, muscles, nerves etc in the neck.
Neck injuries include minor whiplash injuries causing short term pain and discomfort and more serious injuries which may eventually cause spondylosis. A very severe injury may result in paraplegia where awards of damages would be very substantial.

one aspect of apparently straightforward injury is the possibility of long term minor discomfort and any claim made would need to taken this in to account.

If you have suffered an neck injury and would like to know whether you may be entitled to compensation please complete the Application Form and we will provide a Free Legal Assessment of your claim. We will handle your claim on a No Win No Fee basis at no cost to you.

Testimonials
Slip in Public House
Mrs C whilst walking towards the bar area slipped on the wet floor of a public house whilst walking towards the bar area. She fell awkwardly causing a complex fracture of her right wrist. The insurers denied liability alleging the floor was dry and that Mrs C was drunk and jumping on the dancefloor. Excalibur obtained evidence refuting this and issued the claim at Court. Settlement was reached just prior to the trial when Mrs C was awarded £20,000.00 she said:
"I would just like to say thanks to the staff who have been first class explaining things to me all the way and keeping me informed."
