Warehouse accident injury claims

As with all industries warehouse workers are at the risk of suffering injury through an accident at work but certain types of accident are more common in warehouses such as:-

  1. Lifting and handling accidents
  2. Accidents caused by objects falling from racking etc
  3. Slips or trips on wet or uneven floors
  4. Tripping over objects left on floors
  5. Falls from height
  6. Accidents with vehicles
  7. Loading and unloading accidents
  8. Accidents involving fork lift trucks

Injuries vary in severity but broken bones are common and serious injuries can result when employees are crushed by vehicles, fork lift trucks or falling objects.

The owners/operators of warehouses have a duty both under Common Law and statute to ensure that their premises, equipment and working practices are safe for their employees and persons visiting the premises. If an injury results from a breach of duty there may be a case for the injured person to claim financial compensation.

If you have been injured in a warehouse accident in the last three years you may be entitled to compensation. If you would like a Free Legal Assessment of your case please complete the Application Form. We will handle your claim on a No Win No Fee basis at no cost to you.
